~Jon: I ordered a controller for my Razor Ground Force go kart. It was advertised to work on my kart (version **) but when I got it I quickly found out it would not work. I even contacted the manufacturer directly and confirmed with them that the controller would not work with my kart. I called their customer service and was spoken to rudely and was told I was wrong and there was nothing wrong. The guy was a HUGE jerk and flat out refused to refund me ***% of my money. I basically got screwed and had to pay a **% restocking fee plus I had to eat the shipping charges both ways. I will NEVER, EVER in a million years do business with these guys. STAY CLEAR - these guys are crooks.
