~Dennis: I see some unfortunate reviews on this site. However, my situation went very well. I called and one of their CSR (Gray) answered and was very friendly and very helpful with what I needed. He is located in the Colorado facility. I needed * parts for my Jazzy Select Elite and Monster had all of them in stock in their Colorado facility. I received all of the parts in * days from UPS. I received confirmation via email from them after I placed the order and also was given a tracking number and was informed when UPS would deliver the parts. All conversations and personal credit information was handled properly. I would recommend these folks on there next purchase.
