GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-kcastle: The control ***** on the heating*air unit don't control it properly. Trash was left in bathroom. Dirty paw prints on sheets, called front office To ask for new sheets and got told they would change it in the morning since it was *am. Tried getting my money back and was told they weren't allowed to do that. Asked for a room with double bed and was told they didn't have any open and I could clearly tell the motel was not full. I was not satisfied at all with my visit at motel * in Somerset ky...
