~Shortlady16: I just bought a new MOTO G phone and it won't charge with the USB cable. While it does charge with the electric charger that came with the unit, the charger gets SOOOOO hot that I got a burn on my hand. I have now called twice and the problem is still not resolved. The tech people are overseas and always repeat what I say and think that resolves the problem. After a call that lasted ** minutes with NO RESOLUTION, I was hung up on. Can this be any more UNPROFESSIONAL???????????????
