~leenashville: There is nothing on the site that states that they do not refund shipping! This is deceptive. Their unadvertised corporate policy trumped customer service this time. They had been sent an e mail stating not to ship the item because I had received one for Christmas. They then shipped it anyway.

~leenashville: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
