~Upset: I placed my order back in July ****. After several phone calls (* times), I finally received my order last Friday, August **th. The upsetting part too was they charged me again for the product that I already paid. When I called back to let them know about the charged they said that I will get my refund in * days. Here is another waiting period. Also in my order they did not include the essential c toner that I am supposed to receive as promo offer instead they put in a little foil pack that I have no used for it. The representative that helped me today (Aug **) did not understand what I am talking about promo offer. I hope Dr. Murad will have time to read my comment. Very horrible experience!
