~champion: Never reached a customer service representative. New system tells you how long you can expect to be on hold (over * hr and ** mins) or you can schedule a call back. Recording comes on every ** seconds to tell you that customer service will be with you shortly. I called in to make a payment as I have always done since June **, ****. It seem that the company no longer wants to take calls from customers except at their convenience by a call back. They need to set up a line direct to a representive that only takes payments by phone. I have always paid by electronic check. This means that the company gets their verification of payment within ** to ** hrs. I realize that they would rather that all customers pay by automatic deductions monthly from their bank accounts, but I have never liked this option. I want to be the one with control over money taken from my bnak account. I have now been on hold for approximately * hr and ** min and am hangin up at this time.
