~mad as Hell: I have spent over ** hours trying to fix something they caused. They billed me * times in one month for my easy minutes. started charging me more than .** for each text. sent me a replacement phone for one that I had just bought that was broken. the phone was junk. not comparable to the phone that I had just bought at Target. Which turned out to be broken In an attempt to have them fix these problems they took over *** min from me and as yet they don't know how to give them back.no one knows how to do anything. each tells u that they fixed problem or that someone will look into it.I have called corporate. nothing fixed. I hv now filed with the BBB *xs .waiting
