GetHuman-79701: My son took my phone and I went out of town I called net ** to temp turn off my service so he can't watch **** they would not turn off my service temp because I did not have my SIM card number I told them so they finally turned it off I had to give my name so he would not be able to turn it back on but the next day he calls me laughing he has the SIM card and reconnected it called them back would not turn it off is they will let your ** year old watch **** and supervisor told me to call the police on my son and she did not care that I have *net ** phones said I could take my service else ware what if my phone where really stolen the thief could turn it back on ? Well they lost my ***$ a month and they said they did not care if a** year old watched **** they are horrible can't wait until my month is up and everyone else should get rid of them too !!!!!!!
