~yourscreenname: Needed simply to get my phone display to show the correct expiration date and minutes available. Could not do it. Needed to give me a code, but said I couldn't be on my phone to get it. Then he said he would give me a code, which turned out to be invalid. Complete waste of time. His English had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand. He was courteous, however.
