~Satisfied Customer: Net** is a great pre-paid provider especially with their byop program I had an issue with my phone where I added my minutes really late like *am after they were supposed to be expired by that time and the system did see where I had added minutes so calling the next morning around *am exactly I was given a live agent immediately and had the issue resolved within * minutes I've now been a net ** customer since **** and I assure you that you want find a better provider but first check your coverage area and where you stay because straight talk may be better for you it operates off Verizon instead of AT&T like Net** if you're having any problems most likely it's due to you and your lack of research actually call the providers and see which is best for you the Walmart associates or wherever you may go into purchase thi is going to tell you "yeah sure this will work great for you and that they're both the same company" which is true just one operates through AT&T while the other uses Verizon
