~Art A: This is to me by far one of the most terrible phone companies out there. I cancelled their service a few months ago due to bad quality customer service. I transferred my phone number to the new company. After a few months, I made the mistake of trying to add a back up phone for my children and have a new number connected with it. Instead of giving me a new number, Net** ported my previous phone number from my new company and closed my phone account with the new company. When I told them that I did not intend to have my number ported, and that I only wanted a new number, they gave me a new number. What I later found out is that they had ported my phone number from the other company and the other company closed my account. Now neither company can give me my phone number back. My number is in limbo and no one can contact me. I spent * hours trying to come up with a solution, and Net** says there is nothing they can do because the number they ported in is no longer active. I currently have

~Art A: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Art A: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Art A: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NET 10 customers?
~Art A: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
