~d.m: finding calls DIALED on my phone, using all my minutes, THIS IS MY *TH REQUEST to them, to find out WHAT IS GOING ON USING ALL MY MINUTES WITH THIS NEW * THEY GAVE ME.**They tell me that is "impossibe" to have someone calling from my phone showing dialed called IF IT IS NOT ME. WRONG! I am a ** year old widow, and this is the *th month in a row that someone...............is using up my precious minutes dialing phone calls, AND some keeps calling me from the area code I have, saying they are returning MY message left ( my call) and "how can they help"?*It is a security service that I am NOT CALLING, but someone is with my number!*They think I am crazy, but I have all the used minutes and numbers dialed, THEY STILL SAY CANNOT HAPPEN. They never investigate the old number, WHICH I WONDER IF SOMEONE TOOK WHILE DELETING THERE SERVICE AND MOVING IT ELSEWHERE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER, TOO?**H E L P! Can anyone explain this to me, it is costing me hundreds of dollars, inf act it has cost me,
