GetHuman-400731: i questioned if this was a living person. I talked two people, i hung up on the first one because of how out ragiously rude he was. When i called back i got a person that was such an ***, he made me wish i was talking to the first rude person again. I mean i would ask a question and i would have to wait through three minutes of silence to get an answer for both the first and second call. I spent an hour on the phone with not one hint of a result. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD EVER. I ended up having to google my answer and solved the problem myself in half the time. They did not care not even a little, and he had know idea how to do anything. Every question asked he had to spend * minutes looking it up....wow awful -** out of ***
