~chapbird: NFL Shop sent wrong jacket. Trying to get jacket for NFC championship. After long wait was told the right one would be fed ex'd in time for flight to game. It didn't arrive and was not at the house when I got back. When I called customer service they said they didn't have the right size in stock. But they verified they had it in stock before correcting the order. No phone call saying I wouldn't receive it, nothing. So spent thousands flying to game without team gear to wear!!!
