~LabMom: Ordered jersey on ***** for my granddaughters Christmas present. On ***** they charged my credit card. Never received email confirmation so I called on ***** checking on shipment status. Told me it had not left the warehouse, said would change shipping to overnight and I would have on the **th. On **th after UPS*FedEx had come, I called them again, this time I waited ** minutes and got hung up on. Called *****, said they would once again get shipment out immediately. On ***** I called checking - their warehouse was closed and my item was still not shipped. This was a present for a ** year old, it was not cheap and she had nothing to open from us. Whoever is running this online shopping store for the NHL should be fired immediately. This has been an horrible shopping experience!!!
