~Tatch: I've been trying to contact them since Wednesday!!! The online does not work for me. I can not believe how bad this service is! I waited for over an hr at one point then the line hung up. Sometimes the number doesn't even work, this is so frustrating! I used so many minutes being on hold that AT&T contacted me & said my phone bill is over.
