GetHuman-214166: all i did was buy something, i was charged * times for the same item, i called waited, gave up left message, emailed twice, called again, waited, called alternate number given on website..no help, called again using * phones, got a rep, he said system was down couldn't help, couldn't say when he'd call back, couldn't tell me how or when to speak to a human...lucky the other phone went through at same time, spoke with a rep who pulled up account, reversed the extra two charges, should be credited in *-* business days, and gave me a fax number to use in case i get an nsf on my checking account. now how come she could and he could not? how come the process took near two hours for their overcharge? not good, not good, not a merry shopping experience. fool me once but never ever again
