GetHuman-44785: I had to listen to a long message about the coming rate increase before being told to press * if this is an emergency. I was asked twice for the same information. I refused to give the last four numbers of my Social Security and was not asked for other identification. By the time I reached a CSR, I was in a very bad mood.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting National Grid. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a National Grid problem?
GetHuman-44785: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-44785: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about National Grid's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-44785: For that I would say five out of five.
