~frustrated: Last week I called to indicate that my mom was on ** hour oxygen and wanted to update their records in case of emergency. They took the information and said they would contact the doctor to confirm. Now when I call to check to see if it is all set up they say they can't talk to me. I think that is very ridiculous. My mother is not in the shape to talk to them so now what? I call in and say I am my mother? Probably.
