GetHuman-260663: Stuck on the phone for long periods of time. I have to freeze for a week at my apartment because they can't get to me for * days. After I already called to cancel them shutting off the gas because I wasn't leaving the apartment yet. Could home from work no call about them turning off the gas or anything... Find I have no heat... Really national grid... I tell them I have baseboard water heat and I need the gas turned back on. Sorry we can't help you for a week after I already called and canceled the appointment. For their mistake they said doesn't exist and I'm delillusionsal basically. National grid is terrible and I wish their was another service I could deal with in upstate New York. Hopefully my pipes don't burst... Thanks national grid for your help.
