GetHuman-228976: I called this line several times and waited on the line for each call for ** minutes. Got the first customer service and he said he will transfer me to a specialist to ask my question. He cut off the line instead of transferring me. I called the line several times and my call was constantly cut** off. I finally succeeded to hear the phone ring but it cut off again. I called back again and waited for ** minutes. Another customer service finally answered and I told her reason for my call. She told me she's transferring me to a specialist to ask my question. Instead of transferring me she too dropped my call just as the first person did. This is inhuman treatment which I believe nobody should do not to talk of people serving the public. I'm so disappointed with this service.
