~pamo : They will never pick up the phone. Their site says customer service will be available between the hrs of **** to **** and **** to ****. I really don't buy that because i have tried to reach them on that time but no response from them. Worst of all, i am deployed and i have to pay for international credit to reach them and when i always called, their voice machine will raise your hopes by telling you to wait someone will be with you shortly. That's is a complete false massage. I had been on the phone for ** minutes, *x, no response from them.
