~rbhotel: People here are just rude. They are not polite and very very very dismaying attitudes. They don't have friggin idea how hard it is to get all the requirements for the visa (especially for the new applicants) and of course the applicants need a help from them.. but you can actually feel that they are not happy answering the phone and helping you. These people are disgusting! if you are going to work for a government as a customer service, aren't you suppose to be polite to whoever you talking to? whats up with these? and the government thinks this is ok? its already a very bad reputation for them lol.. oh well******* probably maybe their reason is, YOU NEED OUR VISA SO ITS OK TO BE RUDE.. but is that really a fair answer??? humanity******* geez*******.
