GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's National Visa Center customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~uadup154: line is always busy, and once you get on, you will be on hold for a very long time. And when you finally get to talk to some one, he*she will not be able to assist you with your concern.*Once USCIS approves and forward your case to NVC it should not take more than sixty days to be complete. My U.S citizen infant child case is now with NVC for five months and counting. without been scheduled for an appointment for interview.*My suggestion is, all petitioners should contact congress and inform them about the horrible customer service nvc delivers.
