GetHuman-281309: Got an initial quick answer but when I was transfered to have a question answered I had to go through prompts that did not fit any questions that I had. It started off hopeful then quickly resorted to the usual frustrating wait. Makes my blood boil. Then I have to listen to all this choreographed niceties from people who barely speak english. Outsourcing at its best. Just let me ask the question I need to ask!. ANSWER THE PHONE!
