~SS: Request to fix credit report**Jeff is who I spoke to at *:**.*Told me to send letter and credit report Sallie Mae to service department. I ask to speak to his supervisor so maybe this could be taken care of over the phone. I was put on hold for * mins. **I hung up and call *** ***-****.*Kaqsacu answered and sent me to customer service I waited and answered many questions and then there was a call error it disconnected * mins on this one.**Melonie answered fro the number listed above. I explained every thing that has happened. I asked her to put me thru to a person in the US. She put me on hold to check our loan account. She transfered me to customer service and said she would stayed on the line. She did not stay on the line so I had to go thru the same process again.**Annid- answered *:** I answered all the same questions again. I explained that Sallie Mae was suppose to change the reporting after we made consecutive payments on time. She didn't want to transfer me to her supervisor

~SS: For that I would say four out of five.

~SS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Navient to know who you are.
