GetHuman-144611: Every since the govt made nel net my provider they have consistently messed up my loan every month for the past * months. Either my bill is a different amount fluctuating by $*** each month when i am supposed to be set up on grad repayment for the exact amount each month. Long hold times rude CS and uneducated non professionalism is what I get now. It was so much easier to go to the govt and pay my bill
