GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Nespresso customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~shrinker: Coffee is good and very expensive. Customer service: poor. Two days shipping was * weeks. When contacted they said Sorry and would get it out the next day with no shipping charges. The order was **% wrong and the special samples i was supposed to get with the order were missing. Now I have to take the coffee that I don't want back to a UPS store and ship it back to them before they can send me the half order they messed up on and the free samples. They've charged my credit card and the sales person seemed to not care at all.I will goo to Costco, buy a Kuerig and save ** cents a cup and forget about Nespresso's horrible service and sky high prices.

~shrinker: For that I would say five out of five.
