~Daniel Wilcox: I called Netflix and over a month ago because a few shows were loosing sound. They told me they would fix the problem. It's been over a month now and have called twice since then. I was disrespected by * of the * people talked to. One being a supervisor. I got a new Smart tv for Christmas just so I could stream Netflix and has been a nightmare since I started. I am ready to give up and go back to renting movies and Youtube.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netflix. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netflix problem?
~Daniel Wilcox: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Daniel Wilcox: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Daniel Wilcox: For that I would say five out of five.

~Daniel Wilcox: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
