~Kyle: I had an issue where my bank was charged twice because Netflix needed to re-verify my card for payments. I didn't have the money for both in the bank on that day and my account was overdrawn putting me ** dollars in the hole. The woman I spoke with was very polite and spoke very clearly, she helped me fix everything within maybe * minutes and now I should be all set.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netflix. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netflix problem?
~Kyle: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kyle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kyle: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
~Kyle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
