~lbellg: I made a mistake and ordered the snail-mail DVD service when I thought I was ordering streaming. Even though I cancelled as soon as I realized my mistake it indicated I would be charged for a month. I called and they refunded the charge right away and got me signed up for the right service. Very friendly and respectful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netflix. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netflix problem?
~lbellg: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lbellg: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lbellg: For that I would say five out of five.

~lbellg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
