~Ach duLieber: Netflix's search mechanism is brain-dead. There is no way to restrict search to "stream only" or to "title names only" or even to exclude titles that I have already watched. It's frustrating, and makes me angry at their disrespect for their customers' time.

~Ach duLieber: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ach duLieber: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ach duLieber: For that I would say five out of five.
