GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netflix customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~actual person: Phone reps were extremely well trained in empathy and making sure I felt my problems were being heard. However, the actual technical advice and any chance for follow up are essentially nil. No ticket*problem number, no ability to e-mail (thus no written paper trail). Super sweet people who make you feel good and say things like "wow, that's bad, we want you to have the best possible experience", and "I'm writing all this down for our engineers". However I have come to the realization this is window dressing. How about you actually let me talk to one of those engineers? or have one of them call me back?

~actual person: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~actual person: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~actual person: For that I would say three out of five.
