~Island girl : Forget any help! She kept trying to sell me an outrageously priced 'plan' that would cover ALL my devices even tho I told her all my Apple products were covered for the next * years. And I highly doubted they had any techs that could help me with Apple products. She kept asking the name of the modem I had even after I told her the name * times...she evidently had never heard of it. I will have my fingernails yanked out before I buy another NETGEAR product.
