~Frank: After calling ***-***-**** each person, for a total of *, told me that they were with AOL and they would transfer me to netscape technical support and each time someone answered the phone they were from AOL. The *th person said he was in billing and confirmed I paid $*.** a month and he transferred me to netscape tech, who happened to be the ** person and was with AOL and she told me that I was not paying $*.** a month and I was a free customer. I then told her that I was paying $*.** a month for the last * years. She then told me to call back in the morning and speak to the billing dept at Netscape at ***-***-**** and the previous person told me to call ***-***-****. Time to dump Netscape and AOL.

~Frank: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frank: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netscape's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frank: For that I would say two out of five.

~Frank: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netscape to know who you are.
