~jammie: Told the wrong number after holding with him and he connected me and told will be on hold for ** minutes was a mess so no one came on the phone so I hung up the phone no resolution. Then called another and number and was able to get a resolution

~jammie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jammie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netscape's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jammie: For that I would say one out of five.
