~legmdw: First I entered card * as automated system ask and then PIN none of the other options applied to my situation so I tried to choose the one for other services, It never gave me an option to speak with live rep so I had to enter in an invalid card * * times before it connected me to a person. First question they changed fee policy without notification as of **********. Use to be able to take all funds off w*direct deposit up to * days after deposit, now can only take $*** for free then there is a fee. Then I asked how could I next time be connected directly to live rep(what option) and was told to call *-**-netspend. That is the number I called but she kept giving me same answer. She was foreign and it was very frustrating.

~legmdw: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~legmdw: For that I would say two out of five.
