~Ear-ache from holding phone: Long - really long - hold times, but good service.**My initial call was answered within * minutes - not bad. But they couldn't help me, so I spent the next ** minutes on hold. Finally, someone answered, but they couldn't help me either. Back on hold for another ** minutes.**The problem was that I tried to activate my card from my work computer which uses a proxy server in Canada. This triggered a fraud alert and put a hold on my account. The final woman I spoke with solved it in two minutes.
