~Cooley1920: i called for help yesterday left a message to be contacted as soon as possible regarding a matter that was supposed to be resolved yesterday, i never got a call back. this morning i called and lrft another message to be contacted asap, the automated service said they could call me back at *:**am only. Its already hard to reach anybody when you need to resolve a problem. Disappointed with trying to reach customer service this is a problem
