GetHuman-137295: Canceled my account * months ago, was charged for another month, but the newspapers stopped arriving the day after I canceled. Have called and spoken to * people since then, and each person has promised me a refund. I have not received it. And each time I call again, the new person I speak to does not even see a refund flagged for my account. They also call me on a daily basis trying to get me to start my account back up again. I will never use them again.
