~msltc: I call about * weeks in advance to vacation stop the paper. When the paper continue to come beyond the stop date, I called again and was assured the message was confirmed on stop date. I returned from vavcation and behold, all the papers continued to be delivered as a neighbor stacked them on my porch. In the mailbox was a note from the police dept telling me the dangers of allowing papers to stack up in the driveway. On *******, I also contacted the paper with this same vacation stop problem and told I should have no problem if I use the *-****. Well, I will be discontinuing by deliver as of January *th.
