~J. Patch G: I have called ** times and each time at all hours of the day and night a robat tells me they have too many calls to take mine and I am cut off. I tried to load the digital magazine on my Kindle Fire and it is impossible. I am a suscriber and want my money back but how can that happen when no human being talks to me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Newsweek. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Newsweek problem?
~J. Patch G: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J. Patch G: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Newsweek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J. Patch G: For that I would say five out of five.
