~library: No one answers the phone. They just say that they have too many calls coming in and you should contact them by email. I have already tried that and they don't email you back...it has been * weeks now.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Newsweek. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Newsweek problem?
~library: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~library: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Newsweek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~library: For that I would say five out of five.
