~lburczak: Was Newsweek trying to **** off their customers? Worst transfer to another medium that I have ever experienced. No one answers phone and when someone from Newsweek calls back, call is randomly disconnected before problem can be related.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Newsweek. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Newsweek problem?
~lburczak: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
