Sent camera in, was told it was under warranty. * weeks later was told lens part on order from Japan!!! another * weeks, no camera! More calls today, waited ** min. to speak to supervisor Nefta. Wait time too long to hold, call cust. back if on hold longer than * min. Replace faulty camera, don't order parts and keep customer waiting a month and still NO Camera!! This is not customer service, it's customer obstruction. No longer a Nikon Customer, my Canon works fine after * yrs in my handbag that i take everywhere!
