GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Nikon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-121011: Third & *th calls re: ******* repair order for a S*** point and shoot from Walmart. Nikon told me lens part was on order from Japan! Lens would not retract, so cust. serv. decided to make me wait til part comes in! What kind of serv. is that? I should have a camera in my hand. Product was faulty--replace it!! Don't make cust. wait for repair if part is not avail!!! And this morning I was on hold most of ** min. to speak to supervisor and that was my *nd call today. Nikon should call customer back instead of making them hold ** min!! This is not customer serv. and i have no resolution as yet. Spoke to supervisor Nefta who told me he would take matter up with cust. serv. mgr. What is Nikon's time for getting to callers? What is Nikon's time for making customers wait for repair*replacement? Nikon is way over alloted time to be considered customer service. Buy a Canon, mine works fine after * yrs of being in my handbag all the time!

GetHuman-121011: For that I would say two out of five.
