~jwkiley: My complaint is not with a restaurant but with corporate. Cyber Monday deals are being offered on gifts cards. On line only. How many seniors do not use the computer for purchases? How many seniors frequent your restaurants? Also, if you wish to call the corporate number to complain about this, good luck. No one actually answers. There is a promise that if you leave your number you will gt a call back, doesn't happen. Another option puts you through to a number where you can leave a message but after it tells you to leave a message it tells you that the mailbox is full. How about some old fashioned customer service that we grew up with? Seniors, boycot ** until they become more senior friendly.
