~nicole: I called three times in the last * weeks, and have received different answers each time. Now they are sending the title to the wrong address, despite the fact that I updated it online before paying off my loan (the website update apparently didn't take). Now they tell me I have to work with the state - which I wouldn't have if they had told me the right thing the first time, and if their website wasn't useless! Now my title goes to the wrong address (though I have forwarding), so I'm not going to be able to register my car or sell it for months. I'M SO UPSET!!!
