~Disappointed Dealer.: Honestly, I was very unhappy with the call I just had. I work for a Dealership and I had a few questions that I could not get the answers to here. The guy on the phone kept telling me to call a dealership. I work at one, we don't have the answer! Then when I asked if there was a survey at the end to rate his poor performance. Sadly there wasn't.

~Disappointed Dealer.: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disappointed Dealer.: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Disappointed Dealer.: For that I would say five out of five.
